When I grow up, I dream of owning my own business.  My favorite podcast is “How I Built This” and I fall asleep most nights listening to the stories of entrepreneurs.  

 

This spring as my family stayed home due to the pandemic, the sound of the ice cream truck made me so happy and the ice cream was a special treat.  With so much time on my hands I began planning to create my own ice cream adventure.  After several months of planning, a little help from my sister and some inspiration from my pup, Piper, I am very excited to bring Ben’s Ice Cream Bike to the streets of Thousand Oaks featuring ice cream novelties and pup cups I make myself.
